Villa Santa Rosa is a prestigious villa of the 1600 located on a green hill that overlooks Viterbo city. It can accommodate up to 11 people.
The villa is located in a big estate of about 8 hectares that produces excellent olive oil. In the big park there is a  splendid swimming pool decorated with some floreal plants in the English style, a small private church and a big area where to eat.

 

The Villa is placed on two floors. The high wooden ceiling, the old Sicily materials, the old paintings, the excellent furniture and a maid at your disposal every day make this villa unique.
Ideal base to discover the Latium or Tuscany as it is situated at the middle between Florence and Rome.
The owner is willing to make Italian cuisine courses and a private tour to visit the numerous canteens in the area.

On the first floor there is a big hall with a fireplace, a piano and some Italian paintings of the 1600 and 1700, a lounge room, a big rustic kitchen with a fireplace, a lecture room with a tv, a bookcase with some antique Italian and English texts.
There is an entrance that take you to an area where there is a fantastic view of the garden and of the swimming pool, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry.
A big peperino staircase takes you to the upper floor where there are double bedrooms with a fireplace, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a shower and a tub, a big bathroom with a Jacuzzi for 2 people, a studio with a fireplace and a bookcase.
