Apartment Brunilde is close to the apartment Parsifal on the first (top) floor of a two floor building situated in the tranquil village of Ravello.
From here you can admire one of the most beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast, in an atmosphere where Wagner was inspired to complete his symphony of the same name. The apartment is about 800 meters from the village centre and 60 steps from the road where you can park your car free of charge.
The centre can be reached by foot in 8-10 minutes and where you can also find food store where you can buy fresh groceries, fruits, etc.
You can also use the close swimming pool at the cost of €10 per pers per day.
Ravello is a small city very ancient, built on a hill overhanging the clear sea of the Gulf of Salerno, like a balcony. Under this balcony the wonders of this coast are unequalled. The beauty of this area inspired poets, painters and musicians.

It’s here that Wagner remained and was inspired by the magic beauty of the gardens and the architecture of the cloister of the Rufolo Villa; it has exclaimed: "the Klingsor Garden is found! » Many times before, Boccace, described Ravello like a rich city in historic buildings, and the Decameron was dedicated to a merchant of Ravello, Landolfo Rufolo and its tours throughout the world.

Ravello with its arches and its antiques towers, splendid decoration bathing in the clearness of the sky and the glare of the sea, such as it can admire from its splendid gardens of the Cimbrone Villa, is an artistic treasure.

During the last century, Francis Neville Reid, Scottish botanist, acquired and restored the Rufolo villa. Thereafter it was repurchased by the ministry of the tourism, and a commemorative concert on the work of Wagner is given each summer. And some concerts of chamber music every 2 days in summer.

The cathedral shelters an invaluable pulpit decorated with mosaics in the shape of a lion.

The apartment consists of a large entry with a furnished terrace with 2 sun-beds, a table with chairs, and a pergola that creates pleasant shade during the hot summer days. From here you will enjoy great views of the towns of Maiori and Minori. 

It is composed of a large lounge with two couches (one can be turned in a comfortable double bed at an additional cost of € 50 per person per week), a separate well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom with bath-tub shower.
