The Perlina Residence is located in the heart of the most beautiful landscapes of the Tremezzina. It is located in a strategic position between the lake, the mountain and the olive-trees.
It  can accommodate from 2 to 5 people.
In the garden entirely equipped, you will be able to relax or swim in the heated swimming pool while enjoying an unforgettable panoramic sight. In the night the illumination of the garden and swimming pool creates a romantic atmosphere.

Villa and gardens
The Residence Celeste is only at 10 minutes away from the Carlotta Villa and its beautiful botanical gardens with Tremezzo. You will be able to also discover the Melzi Villa in Bellagio (the pearl of the lake), the Serbelloni Villa sits of the Foundation Rockfeller, the Cipressi Villa and the Monastero Villa in Varenna.

During the summer, various festivals and typical meals are organised in the close area; the festival of the missoltino, the festival of the pizzocheri, the festival of the children, the sweet chestnut and other balls night, at Como you will be able to assist to the horse-races of Baradello.

All the apartments of the Perlina Residence enjoy a splendid sight on the lake.
Furnished carefully they are equipped with all modern comfort.
The owners offer to the young grooms in honeymoons a cruising on the lake.
During the medium season, you will be given a free ticket to visit the villa of your choice. During the high season night cruisings with ball on the boat are organized.
