Alternation of mountains, plateau and green valleys, the province of Arezzo, situated at the edge of the rich Emilia Romagna and green Ombrie, is an attaching area, away from the tourist flows because wrongfully ignored.
The discovery of the castles, hermitages and abbeys, villages insulated,
breaked with greedy halts in quiet inns, is a pleasure constantly renewed.
This province abounds with small cities which conceals a multiple of
works of art and historical treasures (Sansepolcro, Lucignano, Chiusi,
Anghiari...).
But the Palm returns to Arezzo, sumptuous and recovering medieval city, with monarch elegance, filled up with artistic treasures such as the famous "cycle of the true cross" paints by Piero della Francesca in the church San Francesco.
Arezzo it is also luxurious shops, welcoming trattorie, and its monthly market of antiquities known internationally (1st weekend of each month).
