This charming property is located at 2 km of Valpiana and 8 km of Massa Maritima.
The principal house was divided into three apartments (1-2-3).
At the last century the property was crossed by the railway which connected Massa Maritima with Follonica, today it remains only the house of the guard barrier which was restored and divided into two apartments (8a-8b),  which can also communicate and be used as a small independent villa (4+4 pers.)
