Situated on the top of a gentle hill, this holiday home is surrounded by a splendid 12 ½ acres well maintained wood of oak trees. The 1500 m garden with the swimming pool is completely fenced in and is reached from the house by a 800 m road leading through the woods.
The swimming pool is open from May 28th to October 6th, it measures 6 x 12 m and has a maximum depth of 2,40 m. The salted water reaches up to the edge creating an infinity effect dominating the valley below.

On the ground floor the entrance from the garden leads directly into a beautiful living room with stone fireplace and then on to the fully equipped kitchen, with a large table seating 12 people, from which to admire the splendid panorama or go out into the garden. A double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower are also to be found on this floor. A characteristic staircase leads up to the first floor with a large living room with open face stone walls, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The staircase leads onto the second floor with two bedrooms, a twin and a single with queen size bed, and an attractive bathroom with shower. A door leads out onto the beautiful roof terrace overlooking the tranquillity of the splendid Umbrian countryside.
