Casa Nicoletta is a Farm House located above Greve in one of the most beautiful area of the Chianti hills.
Completely restored by Riccardo and Nicoletta, it welcomes you within its 3 apartments which can be rented alone or as an independent House. It can accommodate from 2 to 11 people.  

The three fully furnished apartment, have each a private entrance, recreated from two ancient structures dating from about the year 1100.
Aside from providing relaxation by the lovely swimming pool, Casa Nicoletta is ideally suited for cultural and outdoor activities.
The farm house surrounded by olives groves also produce its high quality olive oil.
Transportation can be provided for art and gastronomic excursions.
Hiking excursions through the olive groves and vineyards, for example to Montefioralle and San Cresci, are just two of the possibilities.

Personalised cooking classes can be arranged at the famous Osteria a Passignano, the Antinori restaurant right next to the Abbey of Passignano.

It is composed of a large living room with a kitchen on the ground floor and a double bedroom and bathroom with shower above. There is central heating in winter. Private garden.

  

Apartment Fienile: 2 people – 330sq.ft
Located on the first floor, it is composed with one double bedroom, separate kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and also centrally heated. Private garden.

  

Apartment Old Stalla (stable): 2+3 people – 420sq.ft
It is composed of a living room with a small kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, and an antique wood-burning stove to keep you warm and cosy in winter. Private garden.
