The Villa Fagiano is located on a hilltop of a medieval village overlooking the Valdinievole Valley, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It can accommodate up to 14 people as private Villa or can be separated in 3 independent apartments.



This property is perfect for year-round holidays, restful tuscan holidays, or as a base for exploring Tuscany. Just outside the charming town of Montecatini, with its shops, restaurants and a selection of Spas. Winding up into the hills to a tiny Tuscan village, a small track veers off and leads you to this charming 500 years old farmhouse completely renovated.  

Terracotta floors, exposed stone thick-walls, wooden beamed ceilings and traditional furniture are all features of this beautiful Villa, all giving a true Tuscan flavour.
From the windows you’ll enjoy the wonderful views of (Montecatini and the Valdinievole.) and the wild landscape.
The illuminated garden offers several equipped areas in order to take your meal outside.  The swimming pool offers beautiful scenic views.
The owner live on the property, they will respect your complete privacy and will be happy to serve you with any request you might have.
On request, Francesca the owner will be able to prepare delicious  lunch or dinner with typical Tuscan products.
