Casa Filippo is located in one of the most beautiful area of Tuscany, San Casciano Val di Pesa. It can accommodate from 4 to 10 people has a private villa or in two separate apartments.



Little is known about the origins of this building, which dominates a hillock in the heart of Florentine Chianti; surely the bulk of it is very ancient, probably a small cloister remounting to XII century, while other portions have been added lately. Unknown is also the recent history of the house, that brought it in condition of ruin how it was found in 1998.

Completely restored, it has conserve all the typical Toscan charm respecting its original architecture. The large garden surrounding the house has been re-planted, while unchanged is the ancient olive trees field just beyond which has been brought back to production and a swimming pool was digged to refresh guests in the hot summer days.
Inside, the property is divided into 3 apartments, two of which are devoted to the guest.
