Casa Pontana is an historic house of rustic charm recently refurbished, and located in one of the most characteristic villages on the lake, Sala Comacina, situated just in front of the Island Comacina with its unique Roman history. It can accommodate up to 6 people.



Laid out over three levels of 150 square metres and tastefully furnished to reflect a modern re-interpretation of its 300 year-old history, Casa Pontana offers space for six guests or romance for two.
The lakeshore is only 150m from the property and just across the Como lake by water-taxi from the famous 'La Locanda' Restaurant.  

Sala Comacina enjoys a unique micro-climate sheltered by the island, where guests are invited to enjoy village life with every convenience close at hand: freshly baked bread daily, artisan butcher, groceries, cafe/bar, local tavern, fine dining choices, water taxi and boat connections, local bus service, bank/Bankomat, newsagent, post office, and village church; all within 200 metres of Casa Pontana.
