One double bedded room and a separate bathroom with WC etc. For more than 10 a further suite is opened which provides another two double bedded rooms, one single room and a bathroom with WC etc.

In addition to the park, there is a choice of terraces on both the ground and first floor levels of the villa. With the bedrooms staggered throughout the house, there is plenty of privacy and seclusion for everyone. The bedrooms are handsomely furnished and all the bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The living rooms are part rustic, part modern furnishings and there is a large billiard and games room. The swimming pool is on a level below the house and the tennis court on yet a lower level. Telephone and television have been installed.
